Le répertoire de One Step comporte les chants du gospel traditionnel et de l'Urban gospel pouvant convenir pour des concerts, des mariages ou des animations privées. Le répertoire de One Step comporte plus de cinquante titres.

On y retrouve des titres interprétés à la base par des artistes connus (Georges Michael, Elton John, Whitney Houston, R. Kelly, Michael Bolton, Lauryn Hill, Simon and Garfunkel) et des compositions d'auteurs noirs américains contemporains: J. Mos, Kurt Carr, Alvin Slaughter, Kirk Franklin, Donald Lawrence ...

Ces dernières années, One Step met l'accent sur l'Urban gospel dont les sonorités Rn’B, Funk et House Music interpellent un public jeune qui retrouve dans ce gospel une culture musicale actuelle.
